The Tech Team are amazing! The keyboard and tracking pad stopped working on my laptop. I took it to Apple and they said I might as well get a new computer as it is 5 years old anyway and it might cost £500 to replace the faulty part. Tech team changed the cable for £30 and it took about 20 minutes, they are my angels, thank you so much!

Incredibly helpful and kind. I asked Tec Team to help me get a very important recording off my voice recorder onto my laptop. Easy for some but not for me. They were respectful at all times and really really kind and even cleaned my laptop for me. It really made my day. Later in the day I phoned them to ask about converting WAV to MP3 and also tried to help me. Tec Team are absolutely fantastic and I won't go anywhere else. Thank you.
